I’m one of those people who loves the miniature travel sized section at the drug store or supermarket. Everything is so cute (!), and even the most mundane of products makes me smile. I especially love this section when I have an upcoming trip (25 days to go!) because it means I can justify buying teeny tiny adorable packages. Have I mentioned that I’m a sucker for marketing and packaging? You’re probably picking up on that.
Here’s a quick glance at what I picked up last week.
#1. A mini travel razor! Why bring a boring regular sized razor when this one comes with a little case that screams to come along with me on my adventure?
#2. His and hers travel toothbrushes. These come with enough toothpaste for a weekend trip in my opintion..
#3. So I also picked up this cute little bottle of toothpaste.
#4. Dry shampoo. Because sometimes your hair needs a little pick-me-up when you don’t have the time for a full-blown wash.
#5. Silicone squeeze bottles. I actually already had some of these but thought I’d buy my boyfriend his own set for shampoo and body wash.
#6. Another purchase for my boyfriend. While those squishy neck pillows sure are comfortable, I prefer these blow up ones. Why? Because it can easily be deflated and stuck back into your bag when not in use.
#7. Baby wipes. Because Vancouver (YVR) to Paris (CDG) takes a long time and sitting on a plane with all that recycled air makes my skin feel gross.
Check back for my next Trip Things post later this week.
